Daylight Savings Time
An hour was taken from me
I didn’t fill out a deposit slip
So where could it possibly be?
What is it saving
And where did it go?
Is it in a bank?
I want to know
I hope that hour is safe and warm
And when its vacation is done,
Compounded interest is what it brings

Thankfully my state does not indulge in Daylight Saving! When it’s light at 4a.m. and night falls (depending on how far Summer has advanced) it is still light after 7p.m.
I will move in with you then if you have that much light. I’ll just stay until you have winter if you don’t mind *grins*. Wow, I admire anyone who is awake at 4am!!
I want my hour back… the night owl that I am I am now going to bed even ‘later’ than before *urgh*
